How many times do you have to tell yourself something before you think it's true? Either way, when Mr G gets home today, I will go for a run. Rain or shine. I will go for a run. The cookies on the counter will not get the best of me, I will drink all my water today, and I will go for a run.


Can you tell this is me digging my motivation out of the closet? I put it right next to my sneakers by the front door so I see it every single day. Pre-baby bod, here I come!
